Enhancement:

• Enhancement 16.0.0.1 : Custom Content - Assessments
  • The Teachers can start creating a new assessment by selecting the +Create Assessment button on the top right of the screen.

• Clicking on +Create Assessment button navigates the teacher to the Create Assessment screen.

Also, Assessments can be combined using the combined assessment feature. A checkbox is available for selection of assessments to combine the assessments.

• Enhancement 16.0.0.2 : Custom Content - Questions
  • The Teachers can start creating a new questions by selecting the +Create Questions button on the top right of the screen.

• Clicking on +Create Question button navigates the teacher to the Create Question screen. The teacher can create Multiple Choice Questions, Multiple Select Questions, Open Response Questions, Sequencing Questions, Drawing Questions & Spelling Questions.

• Enhancement 16.0.0.3 : Custom Content - Resources
  • The Teachers can start creating a new resources by selecting the + Upload Resource button on the top right of the screen. 

Clicking on +Upload Resource button navigates the teacher to the Add Resource screen.

The Teachers can create the below custom resource types.

• Enhancement 16.0.0.4 : Custom Content - Content Collection
  • The teachers can click on + Create Collection button on the right side of the Collections page. Clicking on + Create Collection button will display the Add Collection information modal.

After creating a collection, assessments, resources & questions can be added by the teacher/ administrator and can be shared to edit, view and assign the content as per the access rights.

New Features:

• New Feature 16.0.0.5 :Practice Mode setting for assignments - Teachers
  • Teachers can assign an assignment in Practice Mode to allow students to view correct answers instantly and practice without fully completing and submitting the assignment to the teacher. To access practice mode functionality, a resource has to be selected by the teacher. Clicking on Assign button next to the resource will navigate to Assign pop-up modal.  
  • The Practice Mode review option is only available for interactive assessments such as CB, Digital Student Books (DSBs) and ExperTracks/Checkpoints. It is not available for PDFs, Internet Links, or Videos.

• New Feature 16.0.0.6 : Teacher Resetting a graded assessment
  • Clicking the assignment title will display the Assignment Management Options. Teacher can select Reset option. A Reset Assignment modal box will be displayed.

The teacher will have to select all students the teacher will have to select the Header Checkbox located in the left hand side of the student name to select all student names and reset the assignment. 

• New Feature 16.0.0.7 : Ability of student to reset the assignment
  • Practice Mode gives students the ability to fully reset their assignment and start over from the beginning. Students can reset their assignment from two places: The Overview Screen during the assignment, The end of the assignment after completing all questions and My Assignments Tab

• Once students clicks on the Reset button , a confirmation Reset Assignment modal will appear.
  • Selecting Yes will reset the assignment and take the student back to the first question
  • Selecting No will close the pop-up and return the student to their assignment without making any changes

In Practice Mode, when students attempt the assignment, they can view the Show Answers option under Other Tools before submitting the assignment. This allows students to review the correct answers while working on the assessment.

• New Feature 16.0.0.8 : Help Me Get Started Link, Create / Add Content and Find Content on the Custom Content page.
  • Once the teacher navigates to the Custom Content screen, on the right top corner “Help me Get Started” link can be located. Clicking on the link displays a quick guide for teachers on how to Create Custom Content. 

Clicking on the Find Content button opens the Find Content modal box. The modal contains a search bar at the top. Find on the right side lets teachers choose where the content should be searched from. Teachers can choose to search within Gallopade Content, My Assessments, or Shared Collections.

When a teacher clicks the Create/Add Content button on the Custom Content page, a Create/Add Content modal is displayed.The teacher will have to key in the Assessment / Question / Resource / Collection name they are about to create. This modal essentially acts as a shortcut, allowing teachers to jump straight into creating content 

• New Feature 16.0.0.9 : Adding Reporting to LTI (Schoology and Canvas)
  • Clicking the Reports button displays a drop-down menu with multiple report options - Blueprint Report, Individual Student Report, Item Analysis Report.

• New Feature 16.0.0.10 : Edit / Delete/ Reset Assignment for both LMS / LTI users
  • Delete, Unsubmit , Resetting assignment options are added in the Summary page.

• For LTI users, the same options appear. While the screen is in collapsed mode, the options move into Settings dropdown.

• New Feature 16.0.0.10 : Lock Down Browser Implementation (Teacher  Student)
  • The Teacher can release an assignment with  Lock Down Browser enabled in the Release Assignment Settings. 

• For assignments that require the LockDown Browser, a lock icon is displayed before the assignment title. When the student hovers over the icon, a tooltip message stating "LockDown Browser required" is displayed.  Clicking on the Assessment will open the browser in lock down mode. 

New Feature 16.0.0.11 :Blueprint Report - Add back Support for Export feature - Currently in code review.

• Bug Fix 16.0.0.11  : Assign and Edit Assignment screens allow for EndDates past end of school year (GAL-11740, Interelated with Trainer Tickets)
• Bug Fix 16.0.0.12  : External Link related issue, a. Teacher can access Student aligned Course tab but can only view the Student eBook(GAL-12331) b. Grading screens are visible to cross-state users, allowing access to assignment preview (GAL-12364).
