Enhancements

• Enhancement 13.0.0.01:  GAL-7170 : QA-LMS-Canvas-There is no way to Assign the Generic/Custom Resource by using External Tool

Teachers will notice two distinct resource sections:

• Generic Resources – This area showcases materials curated and provided by Gallopade
• My Resources – This section contains custom content created and saved by the teacher.

• Enhancement 13.0.0.02:GAL-9267 : Standards Mastery - add All Schools option for District and System Admin.

• Enhancement 13.0.0.03:GAL-9980: In Item Analysis export, student’s overall average moved up to Class Level.

• Enhancement 13.0.0.04:GAL-9396: Allow users with sufficient rights to collection, to delete content from collection
• Enhancement 13.0.0.05:GAL-8427: Grading screen, Grade by Student displays answers like Review Option 4 for students.

New Features

• New Feature 13.0.0.06: GAL-8366 : Gradebook - Student Progress Report

To view Student Progress Report, click on the Report dropdown and select Student Progress Report. 

The teacher will be navigated to the Student Progress Report for the selected student by default.

The Teacher can also view Standards Mastery of specific questions in the assessment by clicking on the Standards tab located next to Grades Tab. 

• New Feature 13.0.0.07:GAL-8994: Item Analysis - A/B/C/D display added for Multiple Choice (one or many).

Scoring Details:  

For auto-graded assignments, the final score is displayed.

For manually graded assignments the teacher can notice the status indicators (Not Started, Started, Submitted) displayed. 

Response Visualization

The Item Analysis Report displays student responses using the following conventions:

Multiple Choice Questions: Student selections appear as A, B, C, or D in individual cells

Multi-Select Questions: Combined selections display as A/B, C/D, A/B/E, C/E/F, etc.in individual cells.

Manually Graded Questions: For Open Response, drawing, and sequencing questions, cells display the total points awarded after teacher evaluation.

Other Assignment Types: PDF assignments, Primary Source Analysis, and Artistic Expression assignments display final teacher-assigned grades in the corresponding report cells.

Answer Status Indicators

The Item Analysis Report uses a color-coded system to clearly indicate student performance:

Correct Answers: Displayed in green text alongside the student's selected option (e.g., A, B)

Incorrect Answers: Highlighted in red text.

Partially Correct Answers: Highlighted in orange text.

GAL-4452: Gradebook - Hide Gradebook Option

Hide Class from the classes dashboard : Each class now includes a Hide toggle under its name. To hide a class, simply turn the toggle ON.

Clicking the Hide option will trigger a confirmation popup. To proceed, click the blue Save button. This will mark the class as hidden.

• New Feature 13.0.0.08:GAL-7786: Change Pagination on My Classes Screen listing of classes as well as Step 2/3 of class maintenance listing of students

• New Feature 13.0.0.09:GAL- 8652 Usage Data Widget - Add Custom date range option.

The Administrator / Teacher can select a Custom Date Range to see a User Usage Statistics on that day or can select a range of dates.

The start date defaults to the beginning of the active academic year. Dates before this period cannot be selected.

• New Feature 13.0.0.09 :GAL-262- Mass Registration of Administrators, Teachers, Students. Multiple staff members can be registered in 3 ways :

The Administrator can notice that the tabs are ordered as follows:  Students, Teachers, School Admins, District Admins.

For each staff new registration, the administrator will have to key in the following fields:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

The District dropdown will be automatically default to the assigned district. From the School dropdown, select the specific school where staff will be assigned.

• Password*: Field for setting a common password for all generated accounts.
• Generate button: Generates passwords in password field based on the entered number of accounts.
• Choose Grade Level*: Dropdown to apply a grade level for all accounts.
• Apply button: Applies bulk changes (like password or grade) to all listed students.
• Clear All button: Resets all entered information.

After completing all teacher entries, click the blue Continue to Review button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen. This will navigate the admin to the Review and Submit screen. Whereas clicking on the Save As Draft will save the entered information a draft to be retrieved later when required.

Clicking on Back to User Details will navigate to the Add Multiple Accounts screen. After clicking on the Enroll Users button, all the Teacher will be Registered and a green success notification will be displayed.

• GAL-9375 : Assign Modal - Replace "i" icon with "?" icon
• GAL-10418: LTI - On Summary Screen, “Update All” status was not being updated for students with Submitted Status.
• GAL-10664: LTI - Updating the question comment also marked student assignment as graded
• GAL-10624: LTI - Unenrolled student in section was still displaying in Summary Screen
