Google Classroom - Access Blocked warning

Steps to take to correct Access Blocked Warning

When students try to launch your course from Google Classroom, they see the error message Access blocked: Your institution's admin needs to review Gallopade Online.

Your district's technology coordinator must configure your school's Google Classroom settings to allow GO access.

Resolution

Give these instructions to your technology coordinator.

  1. Go to https://admin.google.com
  2. Click Security > Access and data control > API controls.

If Gallopade Online is shown in Apps pending review:

  1. Approve Gallopade Online for use.

If Gallopade Online is not shown in Apps pending review:

  1. Click Manage Third-Party App Access.
  2. In Accessed Apps, click View List.
  3. If Gallopade Online is marked not configured, click Change Access and follow the prompts given.
