Teachers and Admin: How to Add the Gallopade Course to your My Courses Widget

In order to have access to the resources within the Gallopade grade level course, you must first add the course to your My Courses Widget.

Important

Administrators without classes will only need to complete Step 1 to gain access to the Gallopade Curriculum. Teachers must complete Step 1 if they would like to have access to the curriculum, and both Steps 1 and 2 if they would like to have access to the curriculum and if they would like for students to have access to the Course view and Student Ebook in their student accounts.

 

1.Select the cog wheel in the top right corner of the green My Courses Widget.


2.In Step 1, Administrators and Teachers will need to select the Courses drop down menu to select which grade level courses they would like have access to for the current school year.

 

3.Select the checkbox(es) to the left of the Gallopade grade level course(s), then select +Add Selected Courses on the bottom right.


4.If you have classes rostered to you as a teacher, proceed to Step 2 by selecting the blue Next button on the right. 


5.In Step 2, teachers will need to locate their class and select the Courses drop down menu.

 

6.Select the checkbox to the left of the grade level course and select Assign to Class.

 

7. Repeat steps 5 & 6 for each class rostered to you. 

8.When finished, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the blue Finish button on the right.
