How can I force submit for individual students and all students in assignment ?

In the gradebook's assignment management options, a new "Submit" option is available within the selected student's cell, allowing you to force submit the assignment.
This option is also available at the top of the Grading Summary tab, where teachers can mark assignments as submitted or started either for all students or for individual students.
